Delivery Info
We use a variety of couriers and delivery services depending on the size of the sampling bin ordered and the quantity. Please see below our standard delivery services for each bin:
- Standard, Off Roader & Square bins: Next day delivery on a pre 12PM service.
- Rectangular & Super Off Roader : 48 hour service.
We recommend to all of our customers that they allow an extra couple of days before your activation date incase of any delivery issues. Once the bins have been collected by couriers they are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible should they arrive late.
For larger orders or time critical deliveries we recommend using our trusted local courier company who offer a dedicated same day delivery service.
For a same day courier quote please advise us of the delivery address.
Please include a contact name and number along with any special instructions we need to add to the delivery notes to ensure the bins safe arrival to you.
Any problems (damage included) or if the bins haven’t been delivered by the date and time agreed please contact us to let us know ASAP and within 24 hours.
